These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and GrabWin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the GrabWin website, mobile platform, gaming products, sports betting services, and all associated features available at grabwin.cam.

By accessing the GrabWin platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

GrabWin reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account held by an individual Player on the GrabWin platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts as applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by GrabWin subject to specific terms and wagering conditions.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot live dealer product, lottery, bingo, or poker variant available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document checks, address verification, and age confirmation required under our compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the GrabWin website, any mobile applications, and all associated digital services operated by GrabWin.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on a Game or sports event through the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's Account to an approved payment method registered to that Player.

To register and maintain an account on GrabWin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You are at least 21 years of age. GrabWin enforces a strict minimum age policy in line with internationally recognised standards for casino and sports betting platforms. Proof of age will be required as part of the KYC process.
3. You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
4. You are not residing in or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation in online gambling under the laws of your local jurisdiction.
5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of GrabWin, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from GrabWin management.
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

Each individual may register and operate only one (1) account on the GrabWin platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether operated simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances, pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms. GrabWin reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your account — including all wagers placed — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have promptly notified GrabWin of any suspected unauthorised access.

Players must complete the KYC verification process before making their first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and in certain cases, proof of payment method ownership. GrabWin may request additional documentation at its discretion.

GrabWin supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and cryptocurrency channels (BTC and USDT).

All deposits must originate from payment methods that are registered in your name and that have been linked to your verified GrabWin account. The use of third-party payment methods — whether belonging to another individual or entity — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. GrabWin reserves the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) the absence of any pending compliance review on the account. GrabWin targets e-wallet withdrawals within 5 minutes, DuitNow/FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes, and bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes, though these timeframes are indicative and not contractually guaranteed.

GrabWin offers various promotions and bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and seasonal offers. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer.

General bonus terms that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any associated winings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type.
• GrabWin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, provided that bonuses already credited to accounts will be processed in accordance with the terms under which they were granted.
• Abuse of any promotional offer — including multi-accounting, use of bonus arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play — will result in cancellation of bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonus winnings that exceed the maximum bonus win cap specified in a promotion's terms may be reduced accordingly.

All bets placed on GrabWin are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections prior to confirmation. Requests to void bets on the grounds of player error will not ordinarily be entertained.

Sports betting markets and game outcomes are determined according to official results from the relevant sporting body or game provider. In the event of ambiguity or dispute, GrabWin's decision as to the applicable result shall be final and binding.

GrabWin uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games. RNG outcomes are independently tested and verified. Players acknowledge that outcomes are inherently random and that no strategy guarantees a winning result.

In-play and live betting markets may be suspended at any time due to technical issues, significant game events, or market volatility. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided. GrabWin will notify affected players where reasonably practicable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GrabWin platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the relevant information may be shared with regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required:

• Operating more than one account, whether personally or through associates, family members, or third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence, or any other automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or event.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds without the genuine intent to engage in gaming activity.
• Systematically exploiting promotions or bonus offers through coordinated play, self-dealing, or artificial wagering patterns.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward GrabWin staff or other players.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the GrabWin platform are the property of GrabWin or its licensed suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from GrabWin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GrabWin shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, or business interruption.

GrabWin does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. GrabWin will endeavour to minimise disruptions but accepts no liability for their occurrence.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are possible outcome of participation. GrabWin accepts no liability for any financial loss incurred by players as a result of wagers placed on the Platform.

GrabWin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion from the Platform.

Self-exclusion requests are processed permanently or for a specified minimum period as requested by the player and cannot be reversed before the elected exclusion period has elapsed. Players who self-exclude may not re-register or access the Platform during the exclusion period.

GrabWin encourages any player who believes that gambling is having a negative impact on their life or the lives of those around them to seek help. Players are directed to our Responsible Gambling page for further guidance and resources.

GrabWin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Compliance with applicable regulatory requirements or instructions from a relevant authority.
• Receipt of a player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure, any genuine real-money balance — net of forfeited bonuses and any funds subject to compliance review — will be returned to the player through the most recent verified withdrawal method on record, subject to standard processing timelines.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting GrabWin's customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

GrabWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, GrabWin will endeavour to notify registered players via registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GrabWin is incorporated and licensed. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through GrabWin's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that territory.

Players based in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling laws in Malaysia, including the Betting Act 1953 and the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953, impose restrictions on certain forms of gambling activity. GrabWin operates under international licensing and each player is individually responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. GrabWin does not represent that access to its services is lawful in all jurisdictions.
